Briefly present the various options and resources available and how they can be utilized to address your business needs. Provide answers to your questions and concerns. If you decide to proceed, we schedule step two.
Step one may consist of more than one conversation as resources are pooled to address your questions and concerns.
Step II: The Red Tape
Review with you precisely how your chosen solution(s) will be implemented. Utmost consideration is given to reducing the time commitment required by you and your employees.
Setup documentation is completed and we schedule step three.
Step III: The Enrollment
Enrollments can lead to a plethora of pitfalls as you try to implement your benefits. For this reason, I only partner with companies that provide either comprehensive enrollment services or provide me the ability to take the burden off of you.
Step IV: Continuing Service
By step four, I consider myself an employee of your company in terms of my obligation to provide continuing service. Approximately half of my time is spent addressing employer and employee needs after the enrollment. Services include enrollment of new hires, providing resources to employees as needed, and keeping you up to date on important happenings in the industry that may affect your business.
