Voluntary employee benefit plans can substantially improve the quality of new hires and employee retention with minimal administration by the employer.
I already offer my employees benefits. How can you help me? Solutions can be tailored to augment or optimize your existing benefit plan. Costs increase every year and there is much that can be done to stabilize your financial exposure without wholesale changes to your plan.
My employee benefit plan does not renew for six months. Should I wait until then to contact you? You can, but you do not have to. Many of our solutions can be implemented regardless of your existing plan year dates. At the very least, you will have the information now rather than later and you be will better equipped when the time is right.
I have a broker that I work with and trust. Can you help me? Since strategies are only partly based on specific products, often I can work with your broker to enhance your overall plan. It is not uncommon for me to meet with both a broker and the business owner at the same time for the benefit of all involved.
What geographic area do you service? Solutions are designed for businesses based in Texas, but you can have employees that reside out of state.
Texas is awfully big. How many of you are there? I am one person who lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Through the course of an average month, I travel to virtually every metropolitan area in Texas and have not had difficulty accomodating the businesses I work with.
Assessments are conducted in-person as often as possible, but sometimes a phone call can determine the course of action needed. As for enrollments and continuing service, I utilize a network of over 6000 trained benefit specialists that simplify the process of delivering on promises.
